Cuddlebit Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
